how do i pay for the staging?

All Staging fees are billed to escrow. This means there are no upfront home staging costs that you need to worry about. Once the Staging has been installed into your property, our team will send you an invoice to be forwarded to the Title Company for payment at the close of escrow.

what is the cost to stage my vacant home?

As every home is unique and our Staging designs are tailored to your property, the Staging investment will vary from home to home.

how quickly can you stage my property?

Once you've submitted all the information to get a custom Staging proposal for your property, we'll also include our next available Staging date(s) for you to select from.

Typically, our team is booked 2-3 weeks in advance however please don't hesitate to contact us with a last-minute project!

how long does my property stay staged?

Once your property has been Staged, you'll have the furnishings for up to 6 weeks. If your property still has not sold at that point, you'll have the option to renew the staging rentals for a weekly fee.

can i be onsite when you stage the home?

To expedite the Staging process, we ask that Clients not be onsite on Staging Day. This helps our team focus and get all the furnishings installed in just one day.

Our team will get all the needed information to access the property and we'll text you when the Staging installation is complete.
